Some: Our church plans to be involved throughout but I know we have limited capacity and desire Upstream Sending to take the leading role in sending and sustaining our sent ones. "We want a seat at the table."

More: We plan to be involved and lead out in some areas. We have the time and staffing/volunteers to do this well. However, we know we have limitations and want Upstream to lead is specific areas.

Most: We are all in. We have the time, energy, staffing, expertise, and desire to take the leading role in most areas. "We want to lead in sending and mission engagement and want Upstream to support use along the way."

When it comes to the cost of sending missionaries and funding Upstream Sending, what do you hope to see in our revenue model? (choose all that apply)

Lower admin fee for missionaries (most agencies charge 10-15% admin fee to missionaries)

Cost sharing with partner churches (Churches help fund the org and lower the admin fee for missionaries)

A creative revenue model. Finding alternative ways to fund the mission.

The cost and revenue model are secondary to me. I'm more concerned about other aspects of Upstream Sending's church-centric model.
