Trey and his family have served in Central Asia as missionaries and team leaders for more than 20 years. He has helped plant several churches and is gifted in walking with leaders as they face obstacles the ministry and desire to grow as leaders.
He consults in the areas of field strategy, church planting, and team leadership.

Member Care/Crisis
Michael and Susan are former missionaries and now lead a counseling center in the Denver area for missionaries and ministry leaders.
They specialize walking with ministry leaders on the verge of burnout and caring for missionaries who have experienced crisis and trauma on the field.
Jessica Lee
TCK Education & Care
Jessica, a former military kid, has a degree in early childhood education and is an administrator at a school in Lima, Peru.
She has experience walking with parents making educational decisions on the field and counseling third culture kids as they process life change and move toward health and stability.
